This project is a complete renovation of the 2nd floor of one of their oldest Maintenance Facilities. The scope of work is to demo the existing radiant baseboard system and convert it to Air Handler/VAV system. The new system will be 3 AHU’s with Steam coils for heat and DX for cooling in the main mechanical room. The total office space renovation is 30,000 sqft with new duct work, hydronic piping & 45 VAV reheat coils.
