The plumbing highlights are a building wide water softener system and booster pump. The mechanical penthouse holds the 2 high efficiency boilers, pumps, domestic water heaters and central tempered mixing valve. A unique feature of the project was the hydrotherapy pool requiring extensive liner deck drains and special materials for the associated HVAC equipment.
