Building 1219 was a complete renovation of a 50,000 sqft building. Hydronic heating system included 2- 2.5Million BTU condensing boilers, 4-Hydronic pumps & 161 fan coil units Cooling System included- 1-Chiller, 2-condensers, 2- hydronic pumps & 161 Fan coil units. Domestic water heating system- The domestic system is preheated by using solar and brought up to temperature by using a side arm heat exchanger from the hydronic boiler system.
